Spa Policies

Appointments are required and must be reserved in advance. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full treatment experience. The exact location details will be provided after your appointment has been confirmed.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service balance and are non-transferable and non refundable.

Payments for completed services and deposits are non-refundable.

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Deposits are non-transferable, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting Intima Men’s Spa. We recommend leaving valuable items at home whenever possible, as Intima Men’s Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced belongings.

Missed appointments without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and the remaining balance being charged. Future appointments may require full payment in advance.

A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will be applied to your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled and considered a no-show.

Gift cards are available for purchase and may be used toward eligible services at Intima Men’s Spa. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

For your safety and comfort, please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns prior to your treatment. Intima Men’s Spa reserves the right to modify or decline services when necessary to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Memberships provide exclusive benefits and are subject to the terms outlined at the time of enrollment. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.

By participating in photography or promotional content at Intima Men’s Spa, guests grant permission for approved images to be used for marketing purposes.

Guests must meet the minimum age requirement of 23 years or older to receive services. A valid form of identification may be required for age verification.
